REFUND POLICY

The goal at Bosque Running is to create a community of loyal and satisfied customers. If there happens to be a damaged item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right!

EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged items may be exchanged for in stock items only (We do not accept returns/refunds). All exchanges must be received within 14 days of purchase.To be eligible for an exchange, you must have your original receipt or order number. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, free of pet hair & lint, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start an exchange, please contact us using our contact form. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll notify you via email and include instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your exchange is received by us, we will notify you via email and find out what item you would like in exchange. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your exchange once it is received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
